Gythion, Greece:
Our ship made one stop in Greece. Gythion is a small quiet fishing village.

...

Revenna, Italy:
We spent a couple days in Revenna Italy. Storms were theaterning so again it was decided to skip two upcoming ports. We had plans for both Ljubljana, Solvenia and especially Split, Croatia because my bride is part Croatian. Todate - that makes seven scheduled ports canceled with only two added to replace them.

...

Montenegro:

Kotor was the port city in Montenergo - this is one place worth returning to again. My Bride and I took an excursion way up into the mountains. We toured the Lipa Cave and on the way back saw fantastic views of the country below. We could even see the Island Princess in the harbor far below.

...

Exploring Malta:
Our ship was docked in Malta a short walk from the lift to take us ip to the city. We enjoyed our day walking around the city.

...

Sicily:
When we were in Sicily we took an excursion to a wonderful tourist city of Taormina. One could easily see Mt Etna from the city.  Beautiful town, narrow streets filled with shop after shop. We even took time from shopping to stop for Cannoli.

...

Villefrance for Nice:
Our port in France was at the port city of Villefrance - a short distance from Nice. We went to Nice by a shuttle boat service and returned via a bus.

...

Two Sides of Naples:
We got to see two different sides of Naples - first the older grubby side with lots of Grafitti - then the more modern and cleaner side.

...

Rome, Italy:
On April 10th, we arrived in the port for Rome, Italy. We took an express train into Rome. The railway station we arrived in was in the area of St Peters Basicilla. We trusted the Maps App on my i-Phone and begin our long day of walking. Our first stop would be at the Pantheon. Along the way it was always crowed. I have never seen so many people in one place in my life. At the Pantheon we discovered there were no more reservation. Our next stop would be the Trevi Fountain. On the way, we did find a nice restaurant where we could get a pizza and a cup of american coffee. When we arrived at the Trevi Fountain there where thousands of other tourist lined up deeply to be able to see. We headed off again to complete our bucket list at the Spanish Steps. More crowds, of course, I'm sure we have walked at least 4 miles already and eventually we have to walk back to the train station. My bride has been reading my postings on Facebook about how she loves shopping. I'm sure the only shopping as we walked in Rome was for at magnet of the statue of David. On the long walk back we wondered why we didn't take a taxi - but I was stubborn. I did enjoy a cold beer before we boarded our express train back to the ship.

...

Bercelona:
On April 12th we were in Barcelona. Our first stop was at Casa Mila Antonio Gaudi. Since we were last in Barcelona they have installed a large sculpture in front of the building. It'a a large head designed by Jaume Plensa. Next we went to see the famous church designed by Gaudi, it is still under construction. Seeing the inside of this massive place is well worth the entire cruise. this is our third visit to the church - it should be on everyone's bucket list.

...

Malaga:
Today we are in Malaga, Spain - a city we love. More shopping - but of course we had another fantastic pizza. My bride loves to shop - but, I prefer to sit down and enjoy a meal.

...

Morocco:
We had been to Morocco on an earlier cruise and toured Casablanca on that cruise. This trip we went to Rabat - Rabat is the capital city of Morocco and the country's seventh-largest city. It is the administrative center of the country. Richer, more modern, and immaculately cared fore. We totally enjoyed our day trip to Rabat.

...

Two More Islands:
After Morocco, we visited two Spanish Islands in the Atlantic before our long trip across to Ft Lauderdale. We would have preferred stopping in Madeira an island belonging to Portugal - but we don't make those decisions. We loved Maderia on earlier cruises. Lanzarote and La Palma were our next two ports.
