July 30:
     A big change when the white of the paper is exposed.

July 29:
      A Bit more progress on my "Polka Dot Dancer" - the biggest change will be when I remove pebeo drawing gum protecting the whites

July 28:
      I made some progress on my "Polka Dot Dancer" this morning - but, no color yet - I only added the liquid mask so far.

July 27:
      I started a new drawing based on photos I took on my birthday in Santa Fe. I'll start the painting tomorrow.

July 25:
      This morning I joined some of my docent friends for lunch at "Church Street Cafe" in Old Town.

July 24:
      Here's a BIG Thank You to all my friends who wished me a Happy Birthday. I took the pic this morning on the Mac in my studio. I'm wearing the shirt I bought at Double Take on my birthday. Life is good at 80.

July 23:
      I turned 80 years old today - am I suppose to feel that old ? For my Birthday - We had breakfast at Cracker Barrel - then drove to Santa Fe,  did some shopping at Double Take - then went to downtown Santa Fe to explore the art - enjoyed pineapple/coconut shakes in the square - where I shot pics of street musicians and a young dancer before having dinner at Tomasita's before driving home - life is very good at 80.

New Quilt Underway:
      My beautiful bride is working on a new quilt.

New AC Installed:
      Here's a photo of Nico and Austin installing our new AC.

New Frame:
      I picked up a new frame for  Fran's new cross stitch.


...

Recent Version:
         My first attempt was in Taos and I was not happy with my Sri Lanka Dancer. So, I'll keep trying till I'm happy. This my third version.

Earlier Version:
        This is my second attempt at this painting - it's getting better but I'm not happy with it yet.
